How Halloween with My Stepsister is set up

Halloween night, and one adult is on duty. He supervises a residence building, which should make the evening quiet, until his stepsister Hailey, also an adult, shows up in a devil costume with a plan. The plan is a game: whenever someone knocks, he chooses trick or treat, and he gets whatever he picks.

Their parents are on the road and due at midnight, so the clock is public knowledge. Five hours, one room and a long-running habit of avoiding each other leave plenty of room for tension. Candy's synopsis ends on the idea that there is no running this time.

The hook is the structure. Every knock is a prompt, every choice has a consequence, and the stepsiblings have a lot to say about years of distance. The cast lists Candy's AI character Hailey Brennan, so the faces are generated and nobody real filmed anything.
