What counts as fantasy on Candy Shorts

The label is generous in this collection. Beside the castles and crowns, it includes high-concept premises such as NightWire, about a woman who smuggles other people's memories, and She's Not Real, a virtual experience built around the women of his dreams.

All of them are standard series with adult characters. Episodes 1–2 cost nothing after a free sign-up, and each locked episode is 12 tokens. None are Spicy, and none star an AI twin.

Six fantasy series to start with

• Sworn to the Queen: five episodes. A queen assigns the humblest guard in the castle to her bedchamber door, in a kingdom where touching her means death, and she spends every night testing his restraint.
• The Prince's Last Week Unwed: five episodes, with Candy's AI character Antonella Larrea. A week before the royal wedding, the prince's step-cousin rides in and reminds him of a night he is supposed to have put behind him.
• Dragon Queen's Dark Desire: five episodes starring Candy's AI character Colette Ramsey. A healer is hired for a dragon queen who cannot transform, and the examination gets personal while mystical creatures rally around her.
• The Witch Who Made Me King: five episodes. A knight of illegitimate birth has seven days to seize a crown, and a witch from the Blackwood offers help at a price paid in nights.
• Vampire's Lust: five episodes. A vampire who feeds on men and moves on meets one who is only doing a stranger a favor, and he becomes the one thing she wants and refuses to take.
• Cleopatra and Caesar: five episodes. Cleopatra's forbidden affair with Caesar leaves her pregnant, his wife plots revenge with Mark Antony, and he must choose between Rome and her.

How to watch the fantasy series

Create a free Candy account, open a series and play episodes 1–2. From episode 3, each locked episode costs 12 tokens, or Premium opens them. A five-episode story therefore takes 36 tokens to finish.

If these six do not suit you, two more round out the court-intrigue side of the list. The King's Chambermaid follows a servant sent to dress a king who is stuck in a cold political marriage, in a castle where the queen hears everything. Trespasser of the Sunken Court has a mortal thief caught in an elven princess's realm, who keeps him instead of ending him.
